Check the Fit
For roofing, HVAC, solar & remodeling companies

Find the estimates you already paid for, and build the plan to work them properly.

The Dead Money Audit counts the unclosed estimates in your CRM, values the backlog using your own inputs and builds the call plan. If you continue, a recovery specialist works the list.

What's sitting dead in your pipeline?

Your inputs, your math, right here on the page. Nothing is sent anywhere. The real version of this number, counted from your actual CRM, is what the audit delivers.

Your dead pipeline, quoted and never collected

Enter both numbers to calculate. The audit replaces inputs with your real CRM data.

How it works

You manage a process. You don't gamble on a promise.

If you go beyond the audit, a trained revenue-recovery specialist works your dead estimates. Your pricing, your jobs and your CRM are learned before they dial. Calls are recorded where permitted, with three checkpoints so you can see whether the work is progressing. This service has no completed client results yet, so the first live pilot will measure contacts and scheduled jobs before any performance claim is made.

Day 7

You hear it

You're listening to recordings of your own estimates being worked. We review call samples for coaching and report on the cadence agreed before launch.

Day 30

You count it

During the first live pilot, we will count contacts and scheduled jobs in the client's system. The result will be published whether it is strong, weak or zero.

Day 60

You do the math

We sit down and put recovered revenue against what you're paying us. If the number's not there, that conversation is about fixing it or stopping.

Real numbers, published

This is the part where you'd normally see testimonials.

This industry runs on borrowed proof and inflated numbers. We do it differently: we publish our real results, including the ones that don't flatter us. Our results table for this service is below, dated, and currently empty. Every number that ever goes in it will be real.

A human builds every audit from the client's own CRM inputs.

If you go further

The pricing, on the page.

No "book a call to find out." If the audit shows a pile worth working, here's exactly what working it costs.

Dead Money Audit

$1,500 one-time

The number and the call plan. Credits in full to your first month if you take a seat.

Full-Time Seat

$3,500–4,500 /month

A full-time trained revenue-recovery specialist on your dead estimates. Billed weekly. Quarterly prepay gets a free week.

Shared Seat

$1,950 /month

Same specialist, half the hours. For smaller estimate backlogs.

Gifted Lead Generation, the mail and gift lane, is $500–750/month on top of a seat, with gifts quoted separately in your audit. It is an add-on, not a standalone service, which is why it isn't a card here.

No performance outcome is promised for the seat. This service's results ledger is still empty, and the first live pilot will be measured before any outcome language is added.

For seat clients · gifted lead generation

Lead generation from the files you already paid for.

Estimates age. When a file has taken enough unanswered calls, it gets a note instead, written in your company's name and mailed to the address your estimator already stood in front of. We kept your file. If the timing changed, that's fine.

The handful of files worth many times the rest get more than a note: a useful gift from the trade with your logo on it, the kind of thing that ends up in the truck. The card inside carries a code. When a homeowner replies, the phone work resumes. When one scans the card, you find out that file is alive.

$500–750 /month, added to a seat. Gifts quoted separately.
  • Around 100 notes a month, written in real pen on card stock and mailed in your brand
  • Goes only to homeowners who already asked you for an estimate
  • You approve the wording once. We handle the rest.
  • Gifts for the top of your backlog are priced separately and quoted in your audit: a useful object in your brand, never a gimmick. The audit names which files qualify, and the audit is yours either way.
  • Every send and every scan logged and dated, and reported to you. What it recovers shows up on the ledger, or it doesn't.

For seat clients only, and only after you have watched the seat work. This lane is new: it has mailed nothing yet, and its results will sit on the ledger above like everything else. Measured, not promised. The gift is a real object bought per client; until we can stand behind a number, its cost is quoted in writing in your audit plan, not on the page.

Questions owners actually ask

Why not just use AI to text my old estimates?

Because a text can't handle "we went with someone else." A trained human can call, understand what changed and seek the next agreed step. Whether that produces scheduled jobs is what the first live pilot and the public ledger will measure. When a file has stopped answering the phone altogether, we can mail it rather than keep dialing, and calling can resume if they reply.

You have no results in your table. Why would I trust you?

Because we showed you the empty table instead of renting a testimonial. We published a study of 98,518 real cold dials including what didn't work. Revenue recovery will earn its own proof through a measured live pilot and dated ledger entries, not borrowed results.

Who actually makes the calls?

A trained revenue-recovery specialist who learns your pricing, your jobs, and your CRM before they dial. Calls are recorded where permitted, we review call samples for coaching, and you receive reporting on the cadence agreed before launch.

Who sees my customer data?

Only the team working your audit, under read-only access you can revoke at any time. We don't sell, rent, or trade your data, and it's used for nothing except your own engagement. If you add the mail lane, the names and addresses for those specific files go to the print and mail partner that produces them, for that mailing and nothing else. The full policy is one click away in the footer.

Do I have to hire you after the audit?

No. The number and the call plan are yours. Run the calls with your own people if you want, honestly, that's fine. You paid for the plan. About the worst outcome available here is that you know exactly what's sitting in your CRM.

The estimates aren't getting any warmer.

A short qualifier. The working call with our team takes 30 minutes.
